The Moroccan Agency for Medicines and Health Products is a public institution with legal personality and financial autonomy, established under Law No. 22-10. Its mandate encompasses ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of medicines and health products in Morocco through control, evaluation, and authorization activities.
