Dar Chaffai Commune, in the province of Settat, announces the reopening of applications for vacant responsibility positions. This decision follows the lack of applications in the previous call. The commune aims to attract administrative talents capable of improving performance and services to citizens.

Available Positions

This call covers 3 responsibility positions distributed as follows:

  • Head of Division of Administrative, Legal, and Property Affairs
  • Head of Service of Human Resources, Civil Status, and Document Certification
  • Head of Service of Property and Economic Affairs
  • Head of Service of Legal Affairs and Council Affairs
  • Head of Division of Financial and Technical Affairs
  • Head of Service of Financial Resources, Budget, Accounting, and Mechanisms
  • Head of Service of Urban Planning, Planning, and Environment
  • Head of Service of Contracts, Works, and Control

Eligibility Conditions

Candidacy is open to all permanent and contract employees of the commune meeting the following conditions:

  • For Director of Services and Heads of Division: Must hold the rank of Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent, with at least 8 years of actual service.
  • For Heads of Service: Must hold the rank of Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent, with at least 4 years of actual service.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

  • A cover letter with a recent photograph.
  • Approval from the original administration and the supervisor's opinion.
  • A CV detailing qualifications, professional background, and previous functions.
  • A work plan and methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • A certified copy of the appointment decision in the current framework.
  • A certified copy of the appointment decision in a responsibility position (if applicable).
  • A certified copy of the national ID card.

Applications must be submitted in four copies to the registry of Dar Chaffai Commune from Monday 5 until Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection and Appointment Process

A special committee will preselect complete files and conduct interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed by decision of the commune president after visa from the government authority in charge of interior affairs.
