Announcement Details

The Commune of Lahraouyine, under the Province of Médiouna, announces the reopening of applications for two responsibility positions, in accordance with the regulatory framework. The positions are Head of Division for Urban Planning, Environment, Works and Property, and Head of Division for Economic, Financial, Legal and Administrative Affairs.

Eligibility Conditions

Applications are open to permanent civil servants and contract agents working in various state administrations and territorial collectivities, meeting the following conditions:

  • Be ranked at least at the grade of Manager (Grade 2) or State Engineer, or an equivalent grade.
  • Hold at least a diploma allowing access to Manager Grade 3 or equivalent.
  • Have at least four years of service as a permanent employee, or five years for contract agents.
  • Have previously held the position of Head of Service, though this requirement may be waived if justified by service needs.
  • Current Heads of Division may also apply.

Application File

  • Application letter with a recent photo, accompanied by the immediate supervisor's approval and opinion on the candidate's competence.
  • Curriculum vitae detailing qualifications and professional background, downloaded from the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma.
  • Work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • Certified copy of the appointment decision in the current grade.
  • Copy of appointment to a responsibility position if applicable.
  • Copy of national identity card.
  • Copy of the required diploma.

Submission

Applications must be submitted to the registry of Lahraouyine Commune in four copies of each document, against a receipt, during official working hours from the date of publication until May 25, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the President of the Commune will review applications and conduct interviews. The selected candidate will be appointed by a decision of the President of the Communal Council, countersigned by the competent authority.

This decision is published on the public service portal www.service-public.ma and the public employment website www.emploi-public.ma, and posted at the commune and province headquarters.
