The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Drâa-Tafilalet announces a call for applications for the position of Head of Resources Division, on a contractual basis. Key Responsibilities

The Head of Resources Division will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing the HR policy of the CRI-DT.
• Designing HR projects including recruitment, training, career management, and compensation plans.
• Facilitating social dialogue with staff representatives.
• Preparing and monitoring the annual budget and ensuring its execution.
• Overseeing accounting and ensuring timely production of financial documents.
• Managing procurement, public contracts, and general resources.
• Monitoring and evaluating the division's operational performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the field, with supervisory roles in finance or HR.
• Good knowledge of the public sector.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for financial and accounting management.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French, and good command of English.
