Recruitment of Head of General Resources Division – National Fisheries Office
The National Fisheries Office (ONP) announces an open call for applications for the position of Head of General Resources Division (Chef Division Moyens Généraux), based at the headquarters in Casablanca. This recruitment is part of strengthening the administrative and logistical capacities of the Office, a key player in regulating and developing the fisheries sector in Morocco.
Job Responsibilities
The Head of General Resources Division will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the policy for managing logistical resources and security, while ensuring the preservation of the Office's assets under optimal conditions.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of support activities at headquarters (security, cleaning, multi-technical services, archives management).
- Establishing performance indicators and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of actions (stock turnover rate, delivery times, availability rate, etc.).
- Ensuring the supply of goods and services to the Office's entities while respecting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Monitoring and controlling outsourced services (cleaning, security, maintenance, physical and telephone reception).
- Managing the annual inventory of movable and immovable property, in coordination with the Infrastructure and Equipment Division.
- Contributing to the preparation of the Directorate's budget and monitoring its execution.
- Fostering professionalism and a performance culture within the Division's teams.
- Setting objectives and evaluating the performance of the Division's human resources.
Candidate Profile
Two categories of candidates may apply: external candidates and internal candidates (permanent contract).
External candidates:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or general resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Internal candidates (CDI):
- Classified at grade 10 or higher.
- Hold at least a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2).
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position at ONP as Head of Service. Proven experience in logistics and/or general resources is an asset.
