Job Opportunity
The Moroccan Pension Fund (Caisse Marocaine des Retraites, CMR) is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of Purchasing Officer (Chargé(e) des achats). This is a regular recruitment to strengthen the procurement and logistics team. Only one position is available.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Maximum age of 45 years as of the publication date of the decision.
- Hold a Bac+5 degree from a Grandes École of engineering, commerce, or management (ISCAE, ENCG) or a Master's degree in purchasing and logistics, commerce, management, or equivalent, with proof of equivalence for private or foreign diplomas.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for:
- Participating in the implementation of the procurement action plan.
- Assisting internal services in defining needs and analyzing offers.
- Managing procurement procedures (tenders, consultations, supplier selection).
- Monitoring the execution of contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.
- Coordinating with financial services for payment processing.
- Updating and exploiting procurement databases (suppliers, prices, tracking).
- Managing supplier relationships and handling their requests.
- Ensuring the filing and administrative follow-up of procurement files.
- Conducting regular market intelligence on suppliers.

Competition Process
The list of candidates selected for the test will be published on www.cmr.gov.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. The written test will be held at CMR headquarters in Rabat (Avenue El Arar, Hay Ryad). Oral interviews are scheduled for the week of September 14, 2026.
Important Notes
Only candidates scoring 12/20 or higher will be ranked by merit. Any successful candidate who does not report to CMR within the specified timeframe will be considered as having withdrawn and will be replaced by the next candidate on the waiting list.
