Recruitment Competition for Technician 4th Grade in Benmansour

The commune of Benmansour, in the province of Kénitra, is organizing a recruitment competition for one position of Technician 4th grade (scale 8) in the field of mechanics, as per decision No. 31 of the president of the communal council dated May 14, 2026. This competition aims to recruit a skilled technician to strengthen the technical services of the commune.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026 (the upper age limit may be extended for resistance members, wards of the nation, and former military personnel).
• Hold a technician diploma awarded by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
• Possess a driving license of category B or C.

• Handwritten application addressed to the President of Benmansour commune, including full name, permanent address, phone number, and email.
• Copy of national identity card.
• A large envelope bearing the candidate's name, address, and competition name.
• Copy of the diploma or certificate, or equivalence decision if applicable.
• Copy of driving license category B or C.
• Curriculum vitae (CV) with a recent photo, along with professional experience certificates if any.
• Written authorization for employed civil servants.
• Certificate proving status as a resistance member, ward of the nation, former military, or disabled person (if applicable).

Submission Procedure

Applications must be deposited at the registry office of Benmansour commune against receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Human Resources Department, Benmansour Commune, during working hours, from the date of publication until July 10, 2026 at 4:30 PM, which is the deadline. The postmark date is considered proof of submission. Any incomplete or late application will be rejected.

Competition Exams

The competition includes one written exam and one oral or practical exam:

• Written exam: General topic or multiple-choice questions (QCM) related to the required tasks and the competencies of territorial communes, duration 3 hours.
• Oral or practical exam: Interview with the jury or a practical test in the specialty, to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the grade, duration between 15 and 45 minutes.

Each exam is scored from 0 to 20. The jury will draw up the list of successful candidates within the limit of available positions, among those with an overall average of at least 10 out of 20.

Results Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and on the portal of the directorate general of territorial collectivities (www.collectivités-territoriales.gov.ma), as well as on the websites of the commune and the prefecture or province, if available. This publication serves as a summons.
