Recruitment Competition for Technician 4th Grade at Azilal Province

The Province of Azilal (a territorial community in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region) announces a recruitment competition for one position of Technician 4th grade (scale 8) for the year 2026. This recruitment is carried out in accordance with Decree No. 2.12.90 on recruitment in the civil service and the organic laws of territorial communities. The aim is to select a qualified candidate in various technical specialties.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma or an equivalent degree in one of the required specialties.
• Not exceed the maximum age of 45 years, with possible age reduction for former resistance members and their dependents.
• Enjoy civil and political rights and have no conviction depriving them of these rights.
• Be physically fit for the required service.

Required Specialties

The competition is open to various technical specialties, such as civil engineering, IT, electrical engineering, mechanics, agriculture, water and forestry, etc. The exact list of specialties will be specified in the official notice.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

• A handwritten request stating full name, address, phone number, and chosen specialty.
• A copy of the specialized technician diploma or equivalent.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A medical certificate proving physical fitness.
• Two stamped envelopes bearing the candidate's address.
• Any additional documents deemed necessary by the administration (work certificate, training certificate).

Exam Date and Application Deadline

The written exam will be held on June 14, 2026. Applications must be submitted before May 26, 2026, at 4:30 PM, either in person at the headquarters of the Province of Azilal or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
