Recruitment Competition for Collector at Dyar Al Madina

Dyar Al Madina, a subsidiary of CDG Développement and a key player in social housing in Morocco since 1951, announces a recruitment competition for the position of Collector (Encaisseur) under contract. One position is available, based in Rabat.

Main Missions

Reporting to the Management Office Manager, the collector will be responsible for:

• Providing quality customer service to tenants and associations.
• Receiving all receipts related to his portfolio and updating them within deadlines.
• Maximizing collections.
• Representing the company during eviction and recovery judgments and expert assessments.
• Attending technical visits for damage assessment as part of insurance expertise.
• Following up on tenant reminders for assignment.
• Receiving and forwarding complaints and work requests for the property portfolio to the management office.

Required Profile

• Bac + 2/3 in commercial techniques, management, or information systems.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Good command of IT tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Rigor, sense of organization, precision, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Arabic and French.
