The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) has launched a recruitment competition for 25 positions of Assistant Prison Commander, 2nd grade. This represents a unique opportunity for qualified professionals to join a vital sector dedicated to prisoner rehabilitation and social reintegration programs.
Candidates must hold an advanced or specialized higher education diploma, a master's or specialized master's degree, or an equivalent license or diploma in the required specialties. Moroccan nationality is mandatory, along with full civil rights and good moral character. The age requirement ranges from 21 to 35 years as of January 1, 2026.
Applicants must be free from any disease or disability affecting physical capabilities. Hearing ability should enable detection of whispers at 50 cm and loud voices at 5 meters. Visual acuity must be at least 10/16, with minimum height requirements of 1.73m for males and 1.64m for females.

Successful candidates commit to serving within the prison administration for a minimum of 8 years from appointment date. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for candidates with veteran, former military, or resistance fighter status.
