Tasks and Responsibilities

As third-grade technicians within the ministry, the appointed candidates will be responsible for executing specialized technical tasks related to their field of expertise. Conditions and Requirements for Participation

The competition is open to Moroccan candidates who meet all the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Aged at least 18 and not more than 40 years old at the time of application. This upper age limit may be extended by a period equivalent to valid or correctable service for retirement purposes, not exceeding 45 years.
  • Hold a 'Technicien Spécialisé' (Specialized Technician) diploma issued by one of the vocational training institutions established by Decree 2.86.325, or an equivalent certificate recognized under current regulations.

Quota System

  • A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for candidates who are veterans (resistant), wards of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatants.
  • A quota of 7% of the positions is reserved for persons with disabilities.

Required Application Documents

Candidates must submit a complete application file containing the following documents:

  1. A handwritten application letter for participation in the recruitment competition. The letter must include the candidate's family name, first name, phone number, personal and email address, the degree and specialization chosen, and must be signed.

Competition Structure and Evaluation

  • Written Test: A three-hour written exam. It may consist of general questions or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on various topics related to the concerned sector, the required specializations, or the tasks/functions of the positions to be filled.
