The Ministry of Urban Planning, Housing, and City Policy is organizing a competitive recruitment examination for 20 State Engineer positions (1st Grade, Scale 11). The examination will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, in Rabat and potentially other cities.
The positions are distributed across nine specializations:
Civil Engineering (Building) (6),
Statistics (3),
Geographic Information Systems (3),
Topography (2),
Computer Science - DevOps (1),
Computer Science - Data Analysis & BI (1),
Computer Science - Database Administration (1),
Computer Science - Cybersecurity (1),
Materials Engineering (1),
and Urban & Environmental Engineering (1).
Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1, 2026. They must hold a State Engineer diploma or equivalent in the required specialization from a recognized national institution. Quotas are reserved for veterans, former military personnel, and persons with disabilities.
The process includes a written test (3 hours, coefficient 4) and an oral/practical test (15-30 minutes, coefficient 3). Candidates must score at least 12/20 in the written test to qualify for the oral test.
