Recruitment Competition for 05 Technicians (3rd Grade) at the Ministry of Agriculture

The State Secretariat for Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, has announced a competition to recruit 05 technicians of the 3rd grade (scale 9) in the specialty of Administration. This competition aims to select young professionals to work at the central administration or external services of the secretariat, in cities such as Larache, Agadir, or any other city as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years old.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma (BTS) or a university diploma in technology (DUT) or equivalent in the required specialties.

Required Specialty

The only specialty required for this competition is Administration, aimed at strengthening administrative and clerical management capabilities.

Number of Positions

The competition offers 05 positions, with 7% reserved for persons with the status of resistance member, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 5% reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Competition Stages

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written test: Three hours long, covering the specialty or the tasks and functions of the position.
• Oral test: Lasting between 15 and 30 minutes, where the committee discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks.

The written test is scheduled for August 2, 2026.
