The Regional Academy of Education and Training (AREF) of Souss Massa region has announced a call for applications for the position of Provincial Director at the Provincial Directorate of Tata. This call is part of the implementation of the principle of parity between men and women as stipulated by the Constitution of the Kingdom.

Position Description

The Provincial Director is responsible for overseeing the administrative services and educational institutions within the territorial jurisdiction of the provincial directorate. Tasks include preparing the educational development plan for the province, developing the school map, monitoring and evaluating educational work in public and private institutions, representing the provincial directorate before any natural or legal person, and exercising delegated powers from the Director of the Academy.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be ranked at least in the grade of Inspector of 2nd grade or State Engineer or an equivalent grade.
• Hold at least a diploma allowing access to the grade of Inspector of 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Have at least four years of service as a permanent civil servant.
• Have previously served as a Head of Service (this condition may be waived if required by the interest of the service).
• Have spent at least ten years in the National Education and Preschool sector.

• Motivation letter explaining the reasons for applying (5 copies).
• Curriculum vitae according to the attached model, including a recent photograph (5 copies).
• Copy of the diploma or certificate (5 copies).
• Copy of the decision of appointment to the required grade and framework, or an administrative certificate proving the administrative status (5 copies).
• Administrative certificate proving absence of disciplinary sanctions (5 copies).
• Any other useful document related to the position (5 copies).
• Personal project and methodology proposed for the development of the provincial directorate (5 copies: one copy with the candidate's name and signature, the other four anonymous).

Application files must be submitted against receipt at the Human Resources Management Department of AREF Souss Massa, starting July 5, 2026, until July 22, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Application forms can be downloaded from the Academy's website or the public employment portal.

Selection Process

A selection committee will be established by decision of the Academy Director to review applications and conduct interviews with candidates based on their project presentations.
