Key Missions and Responsibilities

The new director will assume a set of vital missions including:

  • Leading the comprehensive human resources management process and implementing group-approved policies
  • Directing logistics activities and general means management with high efficiency
  • Overseeing professional procurement and supply processes according to applicable standards
  • Developing and implementing human capital development strategies including training and evaluation
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable social and fiscal laws and regulations
  • Managing social relations with staff representative institutions to maintain a positive work environment
  • Developing and activating performance management systems and succession planning (GPEC)

Required Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • University degree at Bac+5 level in commerce, management, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in human resources, organization, procurement, and general means
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in positions of responsibility in the mentioned fields
  • Geographical mobility capacity when necessary
  • Deep mastery of applicable social, fiscal, and administrative regulations
  • Experience in managing union relations and collective bargaining
  • Advanced skills in planning, coordination, and strategic decision-making
