Responsibilities include conducting accurate assessments of bus and transport needs, ensuring safe and regular school transport services for rural students, and supervising fleet maintenance and work process improvements.
  • Head of the Department of Financial Affairs, Assets, and Contracts: This role manages the financial operations of the Provincial Council, including budget preparation, expenditure control, and real estate and contract management. The position also involves supervising public procurement procedures according to applicable laws and ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial resource management.

Application Requirements and Qualifications

The decision issued by the President of the Errachidia Provincial Council establishes precise application conditions, emphasizing the importance of these positions and the need for high competencies. Eligible candidates fall into two categories:

First Category: Permanent civil servants and contractual staff under the Errachidia provincial budget, provided they hold at least the rank of second-class administrator or equivalent to state engineer or comparable indicial rank. They must also possess a diploma qualifying them for third-class administrator or engineer rank, with at least two years of effective service as permanent staff, or three years for contractual agents.

Second Category (Exception): When service requirements demand, permanent or contractual staff classified as third-class administrators or equivalent may apply, provided they have at least 15 years of service in public administrations, including a minimum of 4 years in the mentioned rank.

Application File Composition and Procedures

Each candidate must submit a complete application file containing the following documents:

  • A signed application letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the direct supervisor's approval and assessment of the candidate's performance.
  • A detailed curriculum vitae highlighting academic and professional qualifications, along with an overview of career history and previous responsibilities.
  • A proposed work program explaining the methodology the candidate will adopt to perform assigned duties, with suggestions for improving administrative performance.
  • Certified copies of the current appointment decision, and any previous appointment to a leadership position if available.
  • A copy of the national identity card and all obtained diplomas and certificates.

Application files must be submitted to the registry office of the Errachidia Provincial Council during official working hours. The submission deadline is March 23, 2026, before 4:30 PM. No files will be accepted after this date.

Selection Phase and Interviews

After the application period closes, the Council's administration will review files meeting all requirements. The date and location of selection interviews will be announced later via the public employment portal (www.emploi.public.ma) and the territorial communities portal (www.collectivites-territoriales.ma), along with other available publication methods and postings at the Council and Wilaya headquarters.

A specialized committee will handle file selection and conduct selection interviews. The final appointment decision will be made by the President of the Errachidia Provincial Council, with approval from the Wali of the Drâa-Tafilalet region, Governor of Errachidia province.
