Key Responsibilities and Duties
The junior internal auditor will be responsible for:
- Participating in the evaluation of core business processes, governance frameworks, risk management, and internal control systems.
- Enhancing internal control effectiveness through on-site audit missions at subsidiary companies and regional agencies.
- Preparing and organizing audit assignments according to the annual audit plan while identifying uncovered risk areas.
- Developing detailed reports and monitoring the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Assisting the audit and risk department in development projects related to risk management frameworks.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Audit and Management Control.
- Initial experience in audit is desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Geographical mobility with regular nationwide travel requirements.
- Mastery of internal audit methodology according to international standards (CRIPP).
- Strong knowledge of COSO frameworks and real estate sector regulations.
