Key Responsibilities and Duties

The junior internal auditor will be responsible for:

• Participating in the evaluation of core business processes, governance frameworks, risk management, and internal control systems.
• Enhancing internal control effectiveness through on-site audit missions at subsidiary companies and regional agencies.
• Preparing and organizing audit assignments according to the annual audit plan while identifying uncovered risk areas.
• Developing detailed reports and monitoring the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Assisting the audit and risk department in development projects related to risk management frameworks.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Audit and Management Control.
• Initial experience in audit is desirable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
• Geographical mobility with regular nationwide travel requirements.
• Mastery of internal audit methodology according to international standards (CRIPP).
• Strong knowledge of COSO frameworks and real estate sector regulations.
