Position Details and Responsibilities

• Assistant Director in charge of teaching staff qualification cycle at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region
• Assistant Director in charge of continuous training and scientific research at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region

The assistant director supports the center director in managing education, training, and scientific and pedagogical research activities, while performing tasks assigned by the director according to operational needs.

Required Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be classified at least at the second-class administrator grade (scale 11), or within the state engineer framework, or in one of the grades with equal or higher classification index
• The competition is open to higher education teaching staff, qualified professors, and research professors in higher education or higher cadre training institutions
• Hold a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade (integration certificate for scale 10) or equivalent grade
• Have at least four years of service as a permanent employee, or five years for contract agents
• Have previously served as head of department, with possible exemption from this condition for service necessity
• Possess the necessary scientific competence and professional experience, and be knowledgeable about the education and training field and its developments
