The High Commission for Former Resistants and Former Members of the Liberation Army (HCAR) announces the reopening of applications for the position of Director of Statutes and Historical Studies, in accordance with Organic Law No. 02.12 on the procedure for appointment to high positions.

Required Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a high-level diploma or certificate allowing classification at scale 11 or equivalent in the historical, legal, or managerial field, or a State Engineer diploma.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in the public or private sector.
• Have held managerial responsibilities for at least 4 years as a division head or equivalent, or 8 years as a service head or equivalent.
• Have carried out a work program or project related to the duties of the position.

• All documents proving the required conditions.
• A work program and methodology proposed to improve the performance of the position.
