Eligibility Requirements

For Director and Division Head: Must be a permanent or contract employee of Jnane Bouih Commune, holding at least the grade of Inspector 2nd class or State Engineer, possessing a diploma allowing access to Inspector 3rd class, with a minimum of 4 years of actual service (5 years for contract staff), and prior experience as Service Head (for Division Head) or Division Head (for Director).

For Service Head: Must hold at least Inspector 2nd class or State Engineer grade, with 2 years of service (3 years for contract staff), and prior experience as Service Head or, exceptionally, 15 years of service including 4 years in the current grade.
