Essential Position Information

Pursuant to the decision by the Board Chairperson dated April 2, 2025, and in accordance with Royal Decree No. 1-02-02 of 15 Kaada 1422 (January 29, 2002), the Fund is accepting applications for the Equity Officer position, which has been vacant since December 1, 2025. This recruitment falls under the framework of the Fund's budget law for fiscal year 2026 and complies with legal provisions governing public sector recruitment competitions.

Eligibility Criteria and Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet several fundamental requirements:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age not exceeding 40 years at the date of publication
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, economics, or management
  • Confirmed professional experience of 3 to 6 years in project management and/or corporate governance

Position Duties and Responsibilities

The Equity Officer assumes strategic functions within the Energy & Transport Service, actively contributing to the management of the Fund's investment portfolio and monitoring the performance of partner companies. Responsibilities include financial and administrative oversight of companies, analysis of periodic reports, and formulation of strategic recommendations to optimize equity value. The officer also participates in developing business plans and ensures their implementation while guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
