The National Agency for the Development of Oasis Zones and the Argan Tree (ANDZOA) has announced a regular recruitment competition for an IT Manager position. This opening presents a valuable opportunity for information technology professionals to join a national institution dedicated to developing oasis regions and preserving the argan tree, a unique ecological and economic heritage specific to Morocco.
This competition follows the decision of Ms. YAAKOUBI LATIFA, Director General of ANDZOA, dated September 20, 2023. The organization of the competition falls within the legal framework established by Dahir No. 1-10-187 of 7 Moharrem 1432 (December 13, 2010) promulgating Law No. 06.10 concerning the creation of the agency, the agency's staff regulations and amendments, the decree establishing the agency's organization, and Circular No. 24/2012 of October 22, 2012 (06 Hijja 1433) which sets the conditions and methods for organizing recruitment competitions in public employment.
The IT Manager will be based in Erfoud and attached to the Finance and Information Systems Department under the Administrative and Financial Directorate. Under the authority of the Head of Organization and Information Systems Service, the successful candidate will have the primary mission of operating the agency's information system, as well as implementing, executing, and monitoring IT projects and operations.
