Regulatory Framework

This competition follows the decision of Ms. YAAKOUBI LATIFA, Director General of ANDZOA, dated September 20, 2023. The organization of the competition falls within the legal framework established by Dahir No. 1-10-187 of 7 Moharrem 1432 (December 13, 2010) promulgating Law No. 06.10 concerning the creation of the agency, the agency's staff regulations and amendments, the decree establishing the agency's organization, and Circular No. 24/2012 of October 22, 2012 (06 Hijja 1433) which sets the conditions and methods for organizing recruitment competitions in public employment.

Position Overview and Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be based in Erfoud and attached to the Finance and Information Systems Department under the Administrative and Financial Directorate. Under the authority of the Head of Organization and Information Systems Service, the successful candidate will have the primary mission of operating the agency's information system, as well as implementing, executing, and monitoring IT projects and operations.

Specific duties will include:

• Participating in operations related to establishing the agency's information system
• Developing a maintenance plan for IT equipment and verifying the condition of the computer park
• Contributing to the management of the agency's infrastructure and telecommunications equipment
• Developing applications to automate recurring tasks performed by agency departments
• Monitoring the proper application of management procedures related to the information system
• Maintaining good relationships with all users of the agency's information system
• Participating in the management, installation, and updating of computer equipment
• Administering and operating servers and managing backups

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 years at the time of recruitment
• Hold a State Engineering Diploma in Computer Science
• Professional experience in the field is desirable

Key competencies expected include:

• Mastery of programming, development, and computer networks
• Ability to react appropriately to unexpected situations
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and availability
• Good team spirit and moral integrity

Competition Timeline
