The Maghreb Arab Press Agency (MAP) announces an internal call for applications to fill two senior positions within the Human Capital Directorate. This initiative is designed to promote internal talent and strengthen the management of human resources. The positions are: Head of Personnel Management and Social Affairs Division, and Head of Compensation and Skills Development Division.

Position details

1. Head of Personnel Management and Social Affairs Division

This role involves participating in defining recruitment needs, developing multi-year recruitment plans, establishing the annual framework law, supervising social relations and benefits management, and ensuring compliance with administrative personnel regulations.

2. Head of Compensation and Skills Development Division

This position leads the implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensures compliance with expense reimbursements, and manages programs for identifying and upskilling underperforming staff. It also oversees employee progress tracking and contributes to HR decision-making.

Eligibility requirements

  • Must be in active service (not on leave, secondment, or long-term sick leave).
  • No second-degree disciplinary sanction in the past 12 months.
  • Submit a professional project describing understanding of the role, strategic alignment, and proposed actions over 3 years.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and proven team management skills.

Selection process

A selection committee appointed by the General Manager will review applications. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present and discuss their projects.
