About the Agency and the Job Opportunity

The Agency for the Development of the Marchica Lagoon Site (AASLM) is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of Human Resources Manager (Cadre Chargé de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines). This initiative aims to strengthen the agency's competencies and meet its needs for key human resources. The agency is a public establishment responsible for planning, development, urban growth, and sustainable valorization of the Marchica Lagoon site in the Oriental region.

Position Details

The position is based in the Oriental region. The successful candidate will oversee HR management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and talent development. They will work closely with management to implement the agency's HR strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

  • State diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent field.
  • For foreign diplomas, an equivalence certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education is required.
  • Relevant professional experience (internships during academic training are not considered).
