École Centrale Casablanca (ECC) is recruiting a Transformative Leadership and Career Coach for its Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. This permanent position offers the chance to shape the next generation of African leaders through coaching, training, and community engagement.

About École Centrale Casablanca

Founded in 2013, ECC is a top-tier engineering school created through a strategic partnership between Morocco and France. It offers a three-year general engineering curriculum emphasizing multidisciplinary learning, international exposure, and leadership development. ECC is part of the Centrale Group, which includes 8 schools across three continents.

Program Context

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at ECC aims to identify and support talented young people, particularly women, refugees, internally displaced persons, and persons with disabilities, from Morocco and Sub-Saharan Africa. The program provides comprehensive support for leadership development, entrepreneurship, and societal engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on transformative leadership, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.
• Coach students on career planning, internships, job applications, and soft skills.
• Promote community engagement and giving back initiatives.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to the alumni network development.
• Collaborate with academic departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences, management, psychology, coaching, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in youth coaching, leadership development, or employability.
• Understanding of youth and education challenges in Africa.
• Fluency in French and good English proficiency.
• Strong coaching, communication, and program design skills.
