Position Details and Required Responsibilities

This position falls under the Planning Division within the Directorate of Planning and Evaluation at the Ministry's Central Administration. For permanent civil servants and contract agents:

  • Be ranked at least at second-class administrator level, or state engineer, or equivalent indexed grade
  • Hold a diploma allowing access to third-class administrator level or equivalent grade
  • Have at least two years of actual service for permanent staff, or three years for contract agents

For permanent civil servants and contract agents currently serving as heads of service, they can apply directly. An exceptional possibility also exists for permanent civil servants ranked at third-class administrator level or equivalent, provided they have 15 years of actual service including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade.

Interested candidates must prepare an application file containing:

  • Official application request
  • Five copies of the application file downloadable from the public employment portal or ministry website
  • Detailed curriculum vitae including qualifications and professional background
  • Complete work program detailing service management and development methodology
  • Candidate's administration approval with direct supervisor's opinion on competency

Application files must be sent to the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources located at 42, Rue Mohamed Belhassen El Ouazzani, Hay Nahda, Rabat, before 4:30 PM on February 20, 2026. No applications received after this date or not meeting specified conditions will be accepted.
