Call for Applications for a Responsibility Position at Souss Massa Region
The Souss Massa Region (Regional Council) is announcing a call for applications to fill the position of Head of the Digital Transition and Document Management Service. Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to permanent civil servants and contract agents working in the Regional administration, meeting the following conditions:
- Hold at least the grade of Senior Officer (2nd grade) or State Engineer or equivalent.
- Hold a diploma allowing access to the grade of Senior Officer (3rd grade) or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of service as a permanent civil servant or 3 years for contract agents within state administrations or local authorities.
- For candidates currently holding the grade of Senior Officer (3rd grade) or equivalent, have a minimum seniority of 15 years of effective service, including at least 4 years in the current grade.
Application File
The application file must be submitted in 3 copies and includes:
- A written application addressed to the President of the Region.
- The application form (available from the Regional administration or the public employment portal).
- A detailed CV highlighting qualifications, career path, and previous functions.
- A work plan and methodology proposed for managing and developing the service.
- The approval of the direct supervisor for the application.
Files must be deposited at the Registry of the Region (Administrative District, Av. Général Kettani, Agadir) no later than July 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

The lists of candidates selected for interviews will be published on the official website of the Region (www.soussmassa.ma) and on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma).
