This call targets permanent civil servants and contractual agents working across various state administrations and local authorities, subject to the following conditions:

  • Candidates must be ranked at least at the level of second-class administrator, second-class labor inspector, state engineer, medical doctor, or equivalent grade positions.
  • Possession of a diploma qualifying for third-class administrator or equivalent classification.
  • Minimum of two years of service as permanent staff, or three years for contractual agents, within state administrations or territorial communities.

Application Procedure and Required Documentation

Interested candidates must prepare an application file containing the following documents:

  • Formal application letter.
  • Four copies of the application dossier downloadable from the portal www.emploi-public.ma or the ministry's official website.
  • Detailed curriculum vitae highlighting educational qualifications and professional experience.
  • Proposed work program including methodology for developing the concerned administrative unit.
  • Approval from the candidate's current department along with direct supervisor's assessment of professional competencies.
