Position Details and Targeted Regions

This recruitment call aims to fill three leadership positions in the following regions:

  • Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra Region
  • Guelmim-Oued Noun Region
  • Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab Region

This appointment falls within the framework of strengthening regional management, where the Service Head will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of ANAPEC agencies in the concerned region.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

In addition to the normal activities of a prefectural and provincial agency, the Mediation Service Head's responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the achievement of ANAPEC's orientations in employment mediation
  • Ensuring follow-up and coordination of agency activities within the region
  • Providing support to these agencies in employment mediation matters
  • Implementing various ANAPEC services in the field of mediation

Required Qualifications and Conditions

Candidates for this position must meet the following conditions:

  • Belong to a grade classified in scale number 10 or an equivalent grade
  • Have 4 years of effective service in these grades
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 level)

Essential Competencies and Skills

The Mediation Service Head must possess an integrated set of competencies:

Required Knowledge

  • Understanding of ANAPEC's development plan
  • Knowledge of the agency's service offerings
  • Comprehension of employment challenges in Morocco

Necessary Skills

  • Ability in employment territorialization
  • Employment promotion and support techniques
  • Professional positioning techniques

  • Leadership and autonomy
  • Listening and negotiation skills
  • Rigor and organizational abilities

Performance Indicators and Evaluation

The Service Head's performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Number of job seekers benefiting from support, particularly interviews
  • Number of employers visited
  • Number of job seekers successfully placed
