Details of the Director of Services Position at Tamanart Commune

The Commune of Tamanart, in the Province of Tata, has announced a call for applications for the position of Director of Services. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong administrative experience and managerial skills. The announcement is made under the provisions of Organic Law No. 113.14 on communes and Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of division heads and service heads in public administrations.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be a permanent civil servant or a contract agent working at the Commune of Tamanart.
  • Hold at least the grade of Principal Inspector (2nd grade), State Engineer, or an equivalent grade in terms of salary index.
  • Hold a diploma allowing access to the grade of Principal Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent.
  • Have at least 4 years of actual service as a permanent civil servant, or 5 years for contract agents.
  • Preferably have served as a Head of Service, though this requirement may be waived if the interest of the service so requires.

Responsibilities of the Director of Services

The Director of Services is responsible for managing the administrative unit of the commune in accordance with the organic law and the decision on the organization of the administration. Duties include planning, coordinating administrative work, improving performance, and developing citizen services.

Application File

The application file must include the following documents:

  • A cover letter with a recent passport photo.
  • A detailed CV highlighting qualifications, professional background, and previous roles.
  • A work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit.
  • The decision of appointment to the current grade, and the decision of appointment to a previous responsibility post if applicable.

Applications must be submitted in three copies to the Human Resources office at the commune headquarters, after registering the request at the registry office, from the date of publication on the portal www.emploi-public.ma until July 24, 2026.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the President of the Commune Council will review complete applications and conduct interviews. The date and location of the interview will be announced via official channels (website and commune notice board).
