Responsibilities and Duties of the Leadership Position

  • Managing and monitoring partnership employment spaces, entrepreneurship partnership spaces, and delegated management structures
  • Representing ANAPEC before Authorities and provincial institutions
  • Establishing the program contract with the regional agency of affiliation
  • Ensuring follow-up through a dashboard for achieving program contract objectives

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this strategic position must meet the following conditions:

  • Belong to grade scale 11 or 10 or equivalent with 10 years of effective service
  • Hold at minimum a BAC+3 level diploma
  • Master procedures established by ANAPEC for managing employment measures
  • Understand Morocco's economic, social, and political environment
  • Be knowledgeable about current regulations in public finance and personnel management

Application and Selection Process

Selection occurs in two main phases: pre-selection based on application files meeting required conditions, followed by a selection phase where shortlisted candidates present their action plans before a specialized committee.
