The National Ports Agency (ANP) is seeking applications for the position of Director of Organization and Quality. This is a high-level opportunity for experienced professionals to drive organizational excellence in a key Moroccan public institution.

Established by Law 15-02, ANP manages and develops Morocco's ports, playing a vital role in trade and economic growth. Working at ANP means contributing to a strategic sector with national impact.

Eligibility Criteria

For internal candidates (ANP employees):

• Degree from a Grandes Écoles or university degree in Organization, Management, and Quality (Bac+4 minimum).
• At least 10 years of seniority at ANP, holding a Department Head position (type A or B) or Division Head for at least 5 years.
• Average performance rating of at least 94 over the last three years.

For external candidates:

• Degree from a Grandes Écoles of Commerce or Management, or university degree in Organization, Management, and Quality (Bac+5 or higher).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business organization within a large public or private entity, including at least 7 years as a manager (Division Head or above for public, Director for private).
• Knowledge of the port environment is an advantage.
• Age under 44 at the application deadline (except for public sector candidates).
