Job Announcement Details

The General Secretariat of the Government (SGG) announces a call for applications for the position of Director of Governance, Rights and Liberties Legislation and Special Legislation. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to shape national legislation. Applications are open to civil servants, private sector experts, and public institution employees, both in Morocco and abroad.

Required Qualifications

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • At least a Master's degree in legal sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
  • Expertise in the directorate's areas: governance, rights, liberties, and special legislation.
  • Strong managerial skills and ability to communicate and coordinate.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and French, at minimum.

Candidates must also belong to one of the following categories: higher education professors in legal sciences (grade B or above), legal advisors (first grade or above), magistrates (first grade or above), or senior managers (first grade or above) with at least 10 years in legislative or legal affairs.
