Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be classified at minimum scale 22
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience
- Currently hold or have held a managerial position
- Have no disciplinary sanctions related to professional activities
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Cartography will be responsible for:
- Overseeing production and updating of digital topographic maps across Morocco
- Ensuring establishment and maintenance of fundamental geodetic networks
- Preserving and updating geodetic and cartographic heritage
- Developing thematic maps, special maps, and atlases
- Standardizing methods for geodetic networks and map production
- Managing conservation and dissemination of geographic information
- Promoting research and innovation in geodesy and cartography
- Coordinating collection of topographic and photogrammetric data
Required Competencies
