Essential Position Information

This announcement follows the decision of the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies No. 6 7 / 0 4 1 dated March 1, 2026, in application of the provisions of the Moroccan Constitution and relevant organic laws. This position holds a strategic place within the organizational structure of the Ministry, bearing direct responsibility for coordinating and evaluating public policies to ensure the achievement of intended goals.

Required Application Conditions

Candidates for this elevated position must fulfill a set of qualifications and experiences enabling them to undertake the assigned missions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Higher education diploma or certificate allowing classification in scale 11 or equivalent
  • Professional experience of at least ten years in public administrations, public institutions, or the private sector
  • Previous experience in positions of responsibility within state administrations or equivalents
  • Practical experience in the field of public policy convergence and evaluation
  • Deep knowledge of public policies and sectoral strategies
  • Familiarity with the strategy and missions of the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies

A complete copy of the file must also be sent by email to rh@micepp.gov.ma. The submission deadline is set for March 18, 2026 at 4:30 PM, and no incomplete file will be accepted after this date.
