The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) is accepting applications for the position of Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at its headquarters in Rabat. Approximately 600 employees work at SOREC to preserve and enhance Morocco's equestrian heritage. Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will report to the Director of Governance and Audit and will have the primary mission of contributing to the deployment and monitoring of the company's CSR strategy. Main responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development and updating of CSR strategy
  • Integrating social, environmental, and societal issues into company policies and projects
  • Identifying priorities and areas for improvement in sustainable development
  • Participating in the planning and deployment of CSR projects
  • Monitoring the progress of implemented actions and initiatives
  • Coordinating with various departments to facilitate CSR implementation
  • Establishing and monitoring CSR performance indicators
  • Developing and updating monitoring dashboards
  • Contributing to the preparation of CSR and ESG reports
  • Participating in organizing awareness and internal communication activities about CSR
  • Promoting responsible practices among employees
  • Highlighting the company's CSR initiatives
  • Conducting regulatory and normative monitoring related to CSR
  • Following developments in CSR frameworks and standards
  • Ensuring company practices comply with governance principles

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in CSR, Sustainable Development, Management or equivalent
  • Proven experience in CSR or project management
  • Good knowledge of CSR principles and governance frameworks
  • Ability to analyze and monitor performance indicators
  • Mastery of rules and administrative procedures
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
