The Supreme Judicial Council announces the opening of a competitive examination for the recruitment of 300 judicial attachés within the ordinary judiciary. Candidates must not exceed 45 years of age as of January 1, 2026, and must meet the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Organic Law No. 106.13 relating to the statute of judges.
The Supreme Judicial Council has reserved 25% of the budgetary positions for persons benefiting from the status of resistance fighter, orphan of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 7% of these positions are designated for persons with disabilities, reflecting the institution's commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity policies.

The number of candidates admitted to take the written examination is set at ten times the number of positions available. If the preselection of master's degree or graduate diploma holders does not cover this number, it will be supplemented by bachelor's degree holders.
The preliminary list of candidates admitted to the written tests will be published on the websites of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Higher Institute of the Judiciary. Candidates not included may file an appeal within a maximum period of three days from the date of publication.
