The Ministry of Interior - Fquih Ben Salah Province announces the organization of a competition to recruit three (03) second grade administrators, specializing in information technology. This professional opportunity represents a unique chance to join the territorial administration, with successful candidates being appointed to work within Fquih Ben Salah Province to contribute to the development of administrative services and digitalization at the local level.
This competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged between 18 and 45 years maximum as of January 1st of the current year. Candidates must hold, mandatorily at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a diploma of specialized graduate studies, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in information technology, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.
The competition is organized on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the Higher School of Technology in Fquih Ben Salah, and potentially at other centers to be determined later. The competition consists of two main tests:
Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.
A quota of 25% of the positions subject to competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
Candidates must register mandatorily on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 25, 2026 to March 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae.
The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), this publication serving as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, will also be published on the same portal.
If during the verification of participation conditions, it is established that a candidate declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
