Recruitment Competition for Second Grade Administrators IT Specialists

The Ministry of Interior - Fquih Ben Salah Province announces the organization of a competition to recruit three (03) second grade administrators, specializing in information technology. Competition Participation Requirements

This competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged between 18 and 45 years maximum as of January 1st of the current year. Candidates must hold, mandatorily at the time of registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a diploma of specialized graduate studies, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in information technology, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.

Competition Details and Tests

The competition is organized on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the Higher School of Technology in Fquih Ben Salah, and potentially at other centers to be determined later. The competition consists of two main tests:

• Written Test: Subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) relating to the tasks or functions to be filled, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties. This test lasts three (3) hours, with a coefficient of 4.
• Oral Test: During which the competition committee discusses with the candidate topics aimed at evaluating their ability to perform the tasks or functions associated with the concerned grade. This test lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, with a coefficient of 1.

Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.

Specific Quotas for Designated Categories

A quota of 25% of the positions subject to competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Application Procedure

Candidates must register mandatorily on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) during the period from February 25, 2026 to March 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae.

Additional Notes and Procedures

• For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be attached when registering via the portal.
• Public administration employees must, in addition to registering on the electronic portal, submit competition participation requests accompanied mandatorily by the final approval of the administration to which they belong (responsible for human resources).
• Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant must submit their applications through the administrations responsible for managing their affairs, in addition to registering on the electronic portal within the specified deadlines.
• Candidates with disabilities must subsequently provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Solidarity, Women, Family, and Social Development.

Important Information for Candidates

The list of candidates admitted to take the competition will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma), this publication serving as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, will also be published on the same portal.

If during the verification of participation conditions, it is established that a candidate declared successful does not meet one or more required conditions, they will be replaced (according to merit) by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
