Basic Position Information

This recruitment is part of a regular competition with code C41167/26, offering only one vacancy. Key Responsibilities and Duties

The appointed Commercial Agent will handle various responsibilities focused on citizen service and customer experience improvement. Primary duties include:

  • Identifying potential clients and maintaining an updated prospects database
  • Contacting prospects and following up for product commercialization
  • Welcoming, informing, and advising citizen clients professionally
  • Organizing visits to prospects/clients and effectively presenting projects/products
  • Ensuring smooth self-care operations
  • Managing and developing client portfolio proactively
  • Achieving commercial performance indicators set in individual objective contracts
  • Participating in preparation of promotional brochures and advertisements
  • Ensuring collection at agreed deadlines
  • Monitoring compliance with internal procedures related to commercialization and social support
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (technical, headquarters, agency) and external parties (notary, bank, etc.)
  • Participating in organizing open days, promotion campaigns, and events
  • Providing after-sales service with responsiveness and effective complaint handling
  • Contributing to regular website updates for products managed by the Agency
  • Conducting competitive monitoring and periodically reporting information
  • Providing required support during various commercial events of the company and Agency

Position Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Education: Bac+2 in Commerce, Marketing, or Management
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Commercial or Marketing field
  • Geographic mobility required
