Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 at the application deadline
• Hold a Master's degree (research or specialized) or equivalent in Management, Logistics, or a related field
• At least two years of professional experience in public procurement
• In-depth knowledge of public procurement procedures and mastery of the 2023 Public Procurement Decree
• Proficiency in computer tools

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Public Procurement Officer will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Head of the Procurement and Contracts Department in the entire process of preparing and launching tenders
• Ensuring the administrative follow-up of contracts
• Carrying out the payment of supplier invoices

Recruitment is final only after approval of the administrative file by the competent services and confirmation of physical fitness by the occupational physician. Any candidate not meeting the conditions will be replaced by a candidate from the waiting list according to merit.
