Position Details and Requirements

This call for applications targets permanent civil servants and contract agents working at the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports - National Education sector -, who meet the following conditions:

• Be at least at the grade of second-class administrator or in the engineer framework or in one of the grades with equivalent ranking
• Belong to one of the frameworks of the body of research professors in higher education or higher education institutions
• Hold at least a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent grade
• Have at least four years (4) of service as a permanent employee, or (5) years for contract agents
• Have performed the functions of head of service, with possible exemption from this condition if the interest of the service requires it
• Possess the necessary scientific competence and professional experience appropriate to the nature and specificities of the position

Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Director assists the Center Director in managing educational, training, and scientific and pedagogical research activities at the center, within his/her competence. Main responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the planning and implementation of educational and training programs
• Participating in pedagogical and scientific research activities
• Assisting in the management of human and material resources of the center
• Contributing to the development of curricula and training programs
• Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of educational activities

• Motivation letter regarding reasons for applying for the requested position (6 copies)
• Candidate's curriculum vitae according to attached model No. 4, including a recent photograph (6 copies)
• Copy of certificates and diplomas obtained (6 copies)
• Copy of appointment decision in the required framework and grade or administrative certificate proving administrative status
• Administrative certificate proving that the candidate has not been subject to any disciplinary sanction during his/her career
• Personal project of work program proposed by the candidate for managing the requested position (6 copies)

Applications are open from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and continue until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Application files must be submitted in six copies of each document at the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region, during regular working hours of public administrations.
