These positions are spread across several divisions: Studies, Monitoring and Modernization Division, Regional Coordination of Human Development Division, Regional Division of Territorial Communities, and Sectoral Coordination Division. • Studies Service: under the Studies, Monitoring and Modernization Division.
• Studies, Evaluation and Monitoring Service: under the Regional Coordination of Human Development Division.
• Legal Advice and Council Work Monitoring Service: under the Regional Division of Territorial Communities.
• Resources Service: under the Regional Division of Territorial Communities.
• Coordination of Infrastructure and Environment Sectors Service: under the Sectoral Coordination Division.
• Coordination of Productive Sectors Service: under the Sectoral Coordination Division.
• Strengthening Regional Capacities, Initiative and Employment Service: under the Sectoral Coordination Division.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are open to the following two categories:
Category 1: Tenured civil servants and contract agents belonging to the general budget of the Ministry of Interior, meeting the following conditions:
- Be classified at least at the grade of Attaché of the 2nd grade or State Engineer, or in a grade with equivalent salary index.
- Hold at least a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Attaché of the 3rd grade or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of actual service as a tenured employee, or 3 years for contract agents, in state administrations and territorial communities.
Category 2: Tenured civil servants and contract agents currently serving as head of service at the date of this decision.

How to Apply

The application file consists of the following documents (05 copies each):
- An application letter with a recent photograph, accompanied by the approval of the direct supervisor and his opinion on the candidate's competence.
- An application file to be downloaded from the public services portal www.emploi-public.ma, including: a detailed CV, a work program and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit, the appointment decision in the current framework, and the appointment decision in a responsibility position if any.

Application Deadline

Application files must be sent through the administrative hierarchy to the Wali of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region, Governor of Rabat Prefecture (Human Resources Division) before July 15, 2026. Submissions by email are also accepted at: drhouseggua@gmail.com before the same date.
