In exceptional cases justified by service necessity, permanent civil servants and contract agents classified in third-class administrator grade or one of the equivalent index grades may apply, provided they have at least fifteen years of actual service, including four years minimum in the mentioned grade.
Application files must be submitted in four copies through administrative channels to the Directorate of Human Resources, Budget and General Affairs in Riyadh district, Rabat. An electronic copy can be sent to drh@emploi.gov.ma. The ministry has set April 15, 2026 at 4:30 PM as the final deadline for receiving applications, with any request received after this date or not meeting requirements considered invalid.
A commission designated by ministerial decision will handle the selection of compliant files, followed by selection interviews for qualified candidates. The list of candidates accepted for interviews will be published on the electronic portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's official website www.miepeec.gov.ma, with this publication serving as official summons.
