Job Opening Details
Al Omrane Rabat-Salé-Kénitra is recruiting 5 commercial advisors (male/female) through a regular recruitment process. Applications must be submitted online via the group's portal.
Main Missions
- Serve citizens, clients, and partners, contributing to improving the customer experience.
- Ensure prospecting and marketing of products, as well as managing the social component of projects according to commercial policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and update the prospect database.
- Contact and follow up prospects for product marketing.
- Welcome, inform, and advise citizen clients.
- Conduct visits to prospects and present projects/products.
- Ensure smooth self-care operations.
- Manage and develop client portfolio.
- Achieve commercial performance indicators set in individual objectives.
- Participate in preparing brochures and commercial announcements.
- Ensure collection of due payments.
- Comply with internal procedures regarding marketing and social support.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (notary, bank, etc.).
- Participate in open days, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Provide after-sales service and handle client complaints.
- Ensure regular updates of the acquisition support platform.
- Monitor appointments and calls generated by the platform.
- Conduct competitive intelligence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Bac+4/5 degree in commerce, marketing, or management.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial or marketing fields.
- Geographical mobility.
Required Skills
Technical: Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, collection, marketing, and product communication. Knowledge of real estate jargon and SAP are assets.
Behavioral: Commercial mindset, initiative, teamwork, organization, agility, innovation, oral and written communication, commitment, responsiveness, listening skills.
