• Specialized Technician Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Management Control, Audit, Purchasing, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Specialized Technician Diploma in Hydraulics, Civil Engineering Agent, Construction and Public Works, Topographic Surveyor, Water, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Automation, or equivalent.
• Specialized Technician Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems Security, or equivalent.

Required Conditions for Candidates

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years maximum by December 31, 2026.
• Hold the diplomas mentioned above.
• Possess national rights and have good conduct.

Application File Composition

The application file must mandatorily include the following documents, with any incomplete file automatically rejected:

• Employment application addressed to the General Director, signed and specifying the position sought.
• Updated CV with photo.
• Copy of National Identity Card.
• Copy of baccalaureate diploma.
