The Ministry delegated to the Head of Government in charge of relations with Parliament has announced a recruitment competition for 4 first grade state engineer positions, scale 11. These positions are intended for holders of the "State Engineer" diploma in statistics or applied economics specialties, offering an exceptional opportunity to join the central administration of this strategic ministry.
The competition is open to Moroccan citizens aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year. Candidates must hold a "State Engineer" diploma issued by authorized national schools, institutes, or university institutions, or an equivalent diploma according to the current system.
A quota of 5% of the positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, national dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding the "disabled person" card.
Interested candidates must submit their application through the dedicated electronic portal at https://concours.mcrpsc.gov.ma or via the ministry's website. The deadline for electronic registration is April 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

Candidates who obtain an average of at least 10/20 in the written test are eligible to take the practical test. The written test is scheduled for May 24, 2026.
Applications not registered electronically, as well as any incomplete application or one that does not meet the required conditions, will be rejected. The list of candidates admitted to take the tests will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and on the ministry's website, these lists serving as summons.
During the various phases of the competition, the administration takes all necessary measures to verify that candidates meet the required conditions and qualifications, as well as the accuracy of the registered information. If any violation is discovered, the candidate will be replaced by another from the waiting list.
