Main Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be classified at least at the second-class attaché grade or within the state engineer framework or in one of the equivalent classification index grades
  • Hold a diploma allowing access to third-class attaché grade or equivalent grade
  • Have at least two years of effective service as permanent staff or three years for contract agents

Special Exceptions

Permanent civil servants and contract agents classified at third-class attaché grade or in one of the equivalent classification index grades may apply, provided they have at least fifteen years of effective service, including four years minimum in the mentioned grade.

  • Application letter accompanied by a recent photograph with direct supervisor approval
  • Application form including qualifications and professional background
  • Work program and proposed methodology for developing the concerned administrative unit
  • Copy of national identity card
  • Certified copy of required diploma

Application Deadline

Application files must be submitted in three copies at the registry office of the Souss Massa Territorial Communities Distribution Group headquarters, located at Prince Moulay Abdellah Avenue in Agadir, until Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
