Special Exceptions

The announcement provides for the possibility of exception for permanent civil servants and contract agents classified at third-class administrator grade or in one of the equivalent index grades, provided they justify at least fifteen years of effective service, including at least four years in the mentioned grade, if the interest of the service requires it.

  • A written application addressed to the Minister of National Territory Development, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy

Selection and Appointment Process
