The Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills - Vocational Training Department is inviting applications for three vacant leadership positions in its decentralized services. These positions represent an exceptional opportunity for qualified civil servants to advance their careers and contribute to the development of Morocco's vocational training system.

Details of Available Positions

The announced leadership positions include:

  • Position of Head of Vocational Training Service for Casablanca West at the Regional Directorate of the Central Region in Casablanca
  • Position of Head of Vocational Training Service for Casablanca East at the Regional Directorate of the Central Region in Casablanca
  • Position of Head of Vocational Training Service for Khouribga

Main Application Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be permanent civil servants or contract agents working in various state administrations and territorial communities
  • Be ranked at least at the level of second-class administrator or state engineer framework or equivalent grade
  • Hold a certificate or diploma allowing access to third-class administrator grade or equivalent
  • Have at least two years of service as permanent staff or three years for contract agents in state administrations and territorial communities

Exceptional Application Conditions

Permanent civil servants and contract agents currently serving as heads of service at the announcement date may apply for these positions. Exceptionally, civil servants ranked at third-class administrator grade or equivalent may apply if they have at least 15 years of actual service, including at least 4 years in the mentioned grade.

Application File Composition

Candidates must provide the following documents:

  • Official application request
  • Five copies of the application file downloadable from the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) or the ministry website (www.dfp.gov.ma)
  • Detailed curriculum vitae covering candidate qualifications and professional background
  • Work program and proposed methodology for developing the concerned unit
  • Approval from candidate's administration with direct supervisor's opinion on competence

Application Deadline

Application files must be submitted in five copies through administrative channels to the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources, Mohamed Belhassen El Ouazzani Street, Ennahda 2 district, before 4:30 PM on April 14, 2026. Any application received after this date or not meeting the specified conditions will be considered invalid.

Additional Important Information

The list of accepted candidates and selection interview schedules will be published on the public employment portal and ministry website. A commission appointed by the minister will handle the selection of eligible files and conduct selection interviews. Selected candidates will be appointed by decision of the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills.

This announcement was published in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 12/2026 dated February 6, 2026, in application of Dahir No. 1.58.008 and decrees governing public service.
