The General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration (DGAPR) has announced a call for applications to fill 17 Head of Service positions. This initiative aims to strengthen management capacities and modernize prison administration in Morocco.

Available positions

The positions are distributed across various directorates and key services, including:

• Health Planning and Programming Service
• Health Unit Management Monitoring Service
• Technological Monitoring and Support Service
• IT Infrastructure and Digitalization Service
• Worksite Monitoring Service (Buildings and Equipment)
• Administrative and Logistics Management Service at the Ifrane Training Center

These roles offer significant career advancement for qualified civil servants.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must be permanent civil servants currently working at DGAPR and meet one of the following conditions:

• Hold the rank of Assistant Prison Commander Grade 1 (scale 11) or equivalent, with at least a bachelor's degree and two years of service.
• Or hold the rank of Attaché Grade 3 or equivalent, with at least 15 years of actual service (including 4 years in the current rank), without a degree requirement.

Application file

The file must include:

• Application registered via the employee portal, with the completed and printed form.
• Detailed CV highlighting qualifications and achievements.
• Copies of diplomas and supporting documents.
• Direct supervisor's opinion on professional competence.

Submission process

Files (5 copies) must be submitted against receipt to the Directorate of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs (registry office) located at the corner of Arar and Jouz streets, Hay Riad, Rabat, no later than August 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. For multiple positions, a separate file must be submitted for each.

Selection process

A committee will review applications and shortlist candidates for an interview to assess their skills and suitability.
